Nicole's B-day

This is the last of 'em. I'm caught up after this post, just in time to get some more pics from the perry party.

We picked up this doll house from the girl living 3 doors down who is now "to-old" to play with dolls.

We did not have many kids there so the kids were able to pick and choose what candy to grab from the pinata

The girls liked the balloon toss until joe started chucking the balloons at them! if you look at some of the other pics you can see nicoles face painting job got totaly jacked up from the water.

do you like my clown cake that looks like a strawberry short cake? or is it a strawberry short cake who looks like a clown? I think i need a little more practice before i can match mom's skill...!

Anniversary Trip

Pauline and I took a trip to Vegas four our anniversary in March... I know our anniversary is in January, you can blame it on my work.

This pic is the hypnosis show we went to. Pauline was brave enough to volunteer though the hypnotist returned her to the audience in his first screening of the volunteers because it was not working on her.



Pauline's favorite part is this fountain. For those of you who have seen ocean's 11 you may recall this fountain from the end of the movie.

'nother Hair cut.

as requested, an after the fix hair cut pic.

Sunday night, Nicole comes down the stairs with clippers in hand, hacking at her hair. She was so proud of herself; she was trying to make herself look like a princess. Pauline explains to her that with the new hair cut she does not look like a princess, Nicole was devastated. After words, when Nicole stopped crying and had calmed down, Pauline tried to clean up the butch job; her hair is now shorter then Bradens. The last butch, which Braden did 4 months ago, was just about grown out enough that we could start doing something with it too...lol

2 Month Update

I have not posted an update for the last 2 months because my daily schedule has been work, work and work. I’m sure you all don’t want to hear about my work....

Braden is getting better at the wii that his grandpa beck gave him for Christmas. He keeps asking me for help to do this or that on it and I keep refusing. I tell him that if I helped him with this spot, the next spot will just be harder, and he needs to figure it out for himself. He has gotten quite irritated and mad at me at times but he eventually gets past whatever spot he gets stuck on.

Nicole is turning into more of a girl every day. The last few months she has taken to brushing people’s hair; anyone who will let her brush their hair including mine. lol.

Jonathon is growing like a weed. This week we plan on having him start on rice. Hopefully that will help him sleep better at night.

We blessed Jonathon the sunday after Christmas at Angie’s and Eric’s house to enable as much family as possible to come.

Christmas

For Christmas we visited Angie’s and Eric’s house in TX. Here are Christmas morning’s spoils.

Later we made use of one of Angie's daughter’s Christmas presents to give pauline a rest from holding the baby.

Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer.

Braden had a Christmas program at his elementary school. All the kids dressed up as Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer. As you can tell, they are thrilled about it.
